I.D.C. Praha was founded in 1993 as a Limited Company. In January 1999 was I.D.C. Praha, s.r.o transformed to a joint-stock company focused on building a strong, healthy and stable enterprise that would be a respectable and reliable partner with business and marketing approach.


 

It is a subsidiary company of I.D.C. Holding, a.s. residing in Bratislava. I.D.C. Praha, a.s. offers business and marketing services via its marketing department and business team. Company provides complex logistic services to its customers together with its external supplier.

 

I.D.C. Praha, a.s. is a sole importer of pastry products and confectionary to Czech republic produced in its parent company I.D.C. Holding, a.s. Company offers wide range of pastry products like wafers, biscuits, gingerbreads and sponge biscuits of Sedita brand that is a stable No. 2 at the Czech market. Among the strongest pastry brands belong Mila, Horalky, Tatranky, Kavenky and Lina. I.D.C. Praha, a.s. sells also range of pastry products for diabetics under the "Ela" brand. It offers also confectionary products branded as Figaro (traditional hard cadies), caramels, and seasonal chocolate sweets, Baili (jelly bonbons, caramels and lollypops) and Verbena (filled herbal candies).

I.D.C.Praha, a.s. cooperates with major retail and wholesale chains of Kaufland, Tesco, Makro, Ahold, Penny Market, Plus.
